ATRES was founded in July 2006 by Dipl.-Ing. Gunther Pesta and started its full operation with the beginning of 2007. The Headquarter of ATRES is located in Munich and the laboratory facilities were rented in Freising/Weihenstephan at The Innovation and Startup Centre for Biotechnology in Weihenstephan, which is close to the Technical University of Munich. Here we carry out chemical analysis and technical support in our own laboratory which is facilitated with advance analysis equipment, supported with laboratory and pilot scale anaerobic digester for R&D purposes.
ATRES stands for Anaerobic Technology and Renewable Energy Systems.
As a consulting company, ATRES offers services in the field of energy generation from organic residual substances, waste water and renewable raw material through biogas production via anaerobic fermentation. We support our partners from industrial companies and biogas plant holders with:

ATRES now offers individually customized trace element solutions - ATRES NUTRIMENT PLUS - to support microorganisms in anaerobic digesters of biogas plants as well as digesters of anaerobic waste water treatment plants and anaerobic sludge stabilization facilities.
